The two Wolves- (with a Eucharistic twist)
“My grandson, throughout your life you will witness a never ending battle between two wolves.
On one hand, there will be the bad wolf of wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, gluttony, arrogance, stubbornness, disobedience. And on the other hand, the good wolf of chastity, temperance, charity, diligence, patience, kindness, humility, reverence and obedience.
“But Grandpa, which wolf will win the fight?” interrogates the child.
to which Grandpa replies “whichever one YOU decide to feed”
#Eucharist
In this week, where the operative word is O B E D I E N C E, we pray for the graces to obey and exercise GOD’s will. Thus feeding the good wolf within, a big chunk of red meat with a label from the VIRTUOUS market.
